David Tonoyan: I do not have levers of control in Nairit (video)
Lena Nazaryan, an MP from the YELK (Way Out) faction, addressed a question to David Tonoyan, Minister of Emergency Situations, in the National Assembly. Isn't the agency responsible for the safety of Nairit? The government has allocated 76 million AMD for safe storage of chemicals.
