Suren Sargsyan: There is no distressing situation in the signing of the EU agreement (video)
Suren Sargsyan, a specialist in international affairs, does not consider Armenia's sudden refusal to participate in the NATO exercises particularly disturbing. Touching upon the signing of an agreement with the EU in November, Suren Sargsyan mentioned that there is no obstacle from the Armenian side. "There is no point in the moment that the agreement will not be signed on the initiative of the Armenian side, as it was not signed by the initiative of the European side last year."
