"Mr. Sargsyan, we know that you are a strong person, or some of us know. After April of 2018, you want to create a structure according to which you will decide who is allowed to design a building in the Republic of Armenia and who is forbidden. There is nothing like that, since such a thing cannot happen," MP Vardan Bostanjyan, who was elected by the Tsarukyan Party, asked Narek Sargsyan, Chairman of the State Urban Development Committee under the Government of the Republic of Armenia.
