Trustees of Yelk register violations
As of 08:00-09:30 trustees of Yelk (Way out) alliance have registered the following violations. Many cases have been registered that the number of the coupon doesn’t coincide with the number noted in the journal. Alarms have been received from Vanadzor and Yerevan (in particular 8/12, number 3 precinct, Malatia-Sebastia district). Cases of emptying the bin in the polling booth have been registered. The unused ballots of the citizens have been taken out from the polling stations. The alarms have been received from Vanadzor, Yerevan, Vayk. The order of 1-9 numbering of ballots hasn’t been maintained. The Heads of the committees refuse to make reports on breakdowns of devices. If the device doesn’t work, the passport data of a citizen isn’t registered in the journal (in particular 16/1, number 5 precinct, Ararat region). Citizens came with the people, who were supposed to help them, but there was no need for that, but the Head of the committee refused to record it (in particular 15/7, number 7 precinct, Aragatsotn region). It turned out that the corners of the ballots of the Republican Party of Armenia and Communist Party of Armenia were blackened.
