Concrete message from HHK (video)
“National Security” party Chairman Garnik Isagulyan today at the meeting with journalists touching upon the upcoming elections, noted that the political field hasn’t been established yet, “The political forces aim at getting a lawmaker’s mandate and ensure themselves for some time. Today the Republican Party of Armenia (HHK) is the only power, which can form the government alone. It wasn’t important for the HHK who would be included in their rating list, and the most faithful people have been included in the proportional list. For Armenian Revolutionary Federation (Dashnaktsutyun) these elections may become an experience in terms of formation of the lists. Armenian Renaissance Party has started preparing for elections beforehand. The only ideological and speedy forming alliance is Yelk (Way out), for which it will also be difficult to form lists. Ohanyan-Raffi-Oskanian alliance has been formed very quickly, which doesn’t have general ideological base and vision, that’s why many forces have joined and left the alliance. The alliance formed around Tsarukyan, which gave hope, and it seemed that it was resorting to broad consolidation, now we can see that it is left alone. There is an idea here. The main moving force, a figure having reputation is Gagik Tsarukyan. Now this alliance includes former Republicans and people “having nicknames”, which can lead to failure. HHK removed its garbage, cleaned itself, yet Tsarukyan took them. Armenian National Congress (HAK) has a rather serious leader, Levon Ter-Petrosyan, but it will still have a problem with lists, alas. The same is true about Free Democrats. So, these elections have displayed shine and misery.” Garnik Isagulyan considers the behavior of Seyran Ohanyan to be unacceptable, when he shifted from the authorities to the opposition field and started announcing that he will deal with October 27, March 1. As for the fact that Serzh Sargsyan and Karen Karapetyan haven’t been included in the HHK list, Garnik Isagulyan thinks that it is a concrete message.
