So, as the head of TV and Radio National Commission Grigor Amalyan thinks Robert Kocharyan is a liar. On April 2 in “Zvartnots” airport Kocharyan declared that he didn’t understand fuss made about A1+ TV channel. According to president's words there are many free frequencies one of which is meter. Kocharyan was trying to say that it’s necessary to conciliate with the fact of having lost the 37th frequency.

Lets say we do conciliate and now want to take participation in one of the free frequency competitions. Yesterday Grigor Amalyan declared on Public TV live: “It is not true when told that there are free frequencies. There are no free frequencies at all!.” Amalyan assured that all the frequencies represented by the Ministry of Communication have been represented to the competition. So Robert Kocharyan seems to create A1+ according to his promise “alike himself and his image. ”
