I WAS CHEATED, SAYS THE 27-TH OF OCTOBER TERACT DEFENDANT VRAM GALSTYAN
Support A1+!Today in the Court the 27-th of October teract defendant Vram Galstyan's testimony taken at a private session was made public. Today’s decision can be regarded as breaking the rights of the defendant, because he had told that the testimony would have common with his pride and petitioned for the testimony to be taken in a private session. Maybe, the members of the trial found no extraordinary declarations in it and decided to make it public.
Galstyan told that revolution had been talked about as long ago as September, but he had argued and left. But his nephews assured him that most of the deputies were for it, that nothing serious would be with him and 2 days later he could go home. “I was cheated,” says the defendant.
Galstyan informed that he had been forced spiritually through some apparatus. Vram Galstyan was as well injected just after the last session. The judge read the explanation of the head of the cell stating that the defendant cursed, made noise, bet his head here and there, and in order to calm him they made an injection.
After that Galstyan demanded to have face-to-face inquiry. He examined Edik Grigoryan and Derenik Bejanov for Armenak Armenakyan's murder. They all persist that didn’t know and didn’t see the murder. Galstyan thinks that even one of them should have seen the killed Armenak Armenakyan, because they had come later. Galstyan was trying to prove that he didn’t kill. The question, who had killed Armenak Armenakyan, remains unanswered.
