After this can we insist that they didn’t have any order to close A1+?
If there was no `order`, they wouldn’t resist the atmosphere existing in the hall of assembly on the 2nd of April. Gathered people, blames, curses will drive any honest and moral person off his temper.
Nobody complained, nobody was irritated and nobody told he couldn’t work in that situation. If there was no `order`, if they were not following anybody’s order than somebody would stand and declare, “I cannot work in this atmosphere, I will return this hall only when there is silence and when I will be provided with normal working conditions”.
No, no, they came bravely and made a cruel decision, or in fact declared already made decision. Oh surprise they even resisted curses, blames to their address.
Non of the commission members had carriage neither to complain about curses on his address nor vote against depriving A1+ of 37 frequency.
Only Karine Khodikyan was good enough not to vote at all.
Mr. Grigor Amalyan the brave head of the commission is worth a prize for “honest service…” He proved everybody that independent commission independent from anything is ready to everything…..
Non of the commission members are people from television. When we analyze the evaluation of the commission there can be no word about its honesty.
The project represented by “Noyan Tapan” the head of the commission evaluates 2, and the project of A1+ 1. Even the head of “Noyan Tapan” was shocked with the results.
The plan of the same company the head of the commission evaluates 3, and A1+’s 1. They evaluated the plan of “Sharm” company 5 and A1+ 1.
Is there any need of explanations?
