Today the court heard the claim of “Haikakan Jamanak” daily newspaper ‘s chief editor Nikol Pashinyan against Prosecution. It’s worth to remind that prosecution accuses Nikol Pashinyan on calling the head of the Civic aviation department Hovhannes Yeritsyan as degenerate.

The court denied Pashinyan’s claim reasoning that the guilt or innocence of “Haikakan Jamanak” editor will define preliminary investigation apparatus.
