Nearly 130 veterans of Shengavit applied court to invalidate the 2001 elections of the head of the regional commission. Veterans were trying to prove the judge with various documents that bribes and iniquity are prevailing in the commission. In this veterans are finding guilty now already former head of the commission Smbat Gevorkyan.

The First Instance Court today supported veterans’ application and invalidated the results of the election.
