THE PRESS ANNOUNCEMENT
Support A1+!Today the representatives of all the Armenian Mass Media became supporters of the idea to force the Government by information.
The draft-law "About Press" has been repeatedly critisized with required proves. Nevertheless, it became evident that the law draft would become a matter of discussion in the parliament.
Mass Media representatives raised the issues which run counter to Eurocouncil requirements and Democracy. They request not to put the project in discussion and suggest the Armenian Press to act by the statute before a new project will be formed. The representatives of international organizations and almost all Mass Media suppoted the suggestion.
