On this day in 1998 Levon Ter-Petrosyan resigned: archive (video)
On February 3 in 1998 “under the pressure of the known powers”, the President of the republic Levon Ter-Petrosyan had to resign and hand over the power. The resignation of Levon Ter-Petrosyan was followed by the resignations of the NA President, Vice-Presidents, Ministers and other officials. Without serious shocks, the power was passed on to the people who govern the country today. Archival video- below
