FATE OF HHPP 5th BLOCK STILL OBSCURE

There is a separate item of the Hrazdan Heat Power Plant’s 5th energy block in the agreement signed between Armenia and Russia. The block is not completely prepared yet. After building works completion the block is expected to produce more cheap energy than other heat power plants.

Armenian side intended to include the block in the list of the property to be given under Russian Federation ownership.
