To raise the country power security to a higher level it is necessary to pay a special attention to the building of new power blocks of the Hrazdan Thermal Power Plant and small-scale hydro power plants, Armenian Minister of Power Resources Armen Movsissyan said today.

The Second International Congress on Power Supply started today in Yerevan. Issues on power supply and recyclable power resources are on the agenda of the Congress. Gas supply issue expected to be considered as well.
