DISCUSSION OF THE REPORT ON INVESTMENTS BY ARMENTEL IN THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLEY COMMISSION
Support A1+!The work group investigating the investments that Armentel made in the field of communications in Armenia, cleared out that the amount of factual investments is 51.7 million dollars, while Armentel had stated it to be 127.4 million dollars. It came up in particular that Armentel brought in Armenia dated equipment, number of orders were handed to Greek companies by blown up prices.
Violations were committed both by Greeks and by Armenians, points out the Head of the Workgroup on investment investigation Serzh Sargsyan. It has been decided to deliver the facts of violation to the Prosecutor’s Office, and to apply to the court for recovering the damage caused to the state.
A license has been issued, if it is ignored, then it can be reviewed, says the Head of Parliamentary Commission Vazgen Manoukyan.
