THE CONSTITUTIONAL DISCUSSION STARTED IN THE PARLIAMENT
Support A1+!The Constitutional discussion started in the Parliament. The National Democratic party administration member Vardan Poghosyan who is not a Parliament deputy represented the constitutional draft by "The 6". He spoke only about the Constitutional chapters for human rights, freedom and obligatries.
"The 6" admitted the principle on the death sentence. It says that death sentence is banned in Armenia but it is in force for the crimes made before the constitution approve. The "Republic" party supporting the National Democratic party constitution demands changes on the death sentence point.
Vardan Poghosyan announced that the draft is not influenced by the constitutions of other countries.
