A delegation headed by Irani Islamic Republic Defence Minister Admiral Ali Shamhani arrived in Yerevan today. Iran intends together with political economical and cultural cooperation to develop the military one, which will not be directed against any third country, Admiral Shamhani said.

The minister also expressed his concern about the presence of the U.S. military forces in Georgia, as Iran has a large border with Caucasus. "We are categorically opposed to presence of any non-regional forces in the countries bordered with Iran",- he said.
