INFORMATION PROGRAM INVESTMENT AT PROVINCE LEVEL
Support A1+!Government and UNO Development Program signed 2 programs of commune development.
The first program costs 150.000 $ . It is planned for poverty reduction and will last up to 2003 December .
The budget for the second one makes 563.000 $ . It is envisaged for introduction of electronic management system in communes .
By 2004’ December peoples of all the provinces of Armenia will be given a chance to obtain information about their province department from the appropriate Internet sites.
According to Joel Boutroue, UNDP Resident Representative in Yerevan, the program is an investment of information technology but at province level .
