CONGRESS OF UNION FOR VETERANS OF LIBERATION WAR HELD
Support A1+!“Union for Veterans of Liberation War” social and political organisation held a congress today.
More than 500 UVLW members took part in the 3-rd special congress of the structure. They gathered to decide UVLW’ stance over the coming presidential elections .
Actually, the decision over the issue was made earlier, and both congress and the participants could change nothing if wish and no one asked about their point of view.
The first and the only report was by Union Chair Hamlet Hovsepyan. Little speeches followed it. UVLW Chair spoke about the organisation problems and recalled inner-Party split.
“Those people finally showed their real worth and tried to block and misguide UVLW’ way. But those 7-8 are not to decide what way tens of thousands of UVLW’ members to pass. They were debarred from UVLW” , he said.
People who didn’t share admiration of the rest of UVLW members for Robert Kocharyan and the happy present times, were debarred.
Within the 20 minute speech Chair Hovsepyan made all efforts possible to persuade those present our country develops at full speed and those displeased with the works by Kocharyan are blind .
Corruption and injustice in Armenia are of minor importance and don’t hamper living happily , he said.
An unanimous decision was made at the UVLW congress to second Robert Kocharyan’s candidature at the presidential elections.
