INFRINGEMENT AT ELECTIONS
Support A1+!One of the persons empowered to act for Hovhannes Shahinyan, the candidate for Arabkir Commune head, went for elections with 9 passports at once . But he didn’t succeed to vote instead of the tenants of Gyulbenkyan, 26 a building, in 7/ 22 polling district. It turned even out the names of those people were not in the election lists.
“I didn’t take the passports because I didn't want to do harm to them” ,- Anahit Hambardzumyan, the Chair of 7/ 22 polling district says.
Later those tenants came to the polling district with an inquiry from Arabkir Election Committee The Committee allowed them to take part in the elections. But the address of the tenants was not stated in the inquiry, so they were not allowed to vote.
Hovhannes Shahinyan’s proxy didn't admit he had committed an outrage . “I supported the people to implement their duty” ,- he says.
