PROXIES ARE IN STIR

Minutes for similar 5 cases were composed in 15/54 polling station. 5 observers confirmed authenticity of it. But Hayk Shanoyan, the Chair of divisional election committee says cases for double voting are out of question. “People (proxies) are in stir and they think the same person to vote twice. A voter enters the ballot room alone, no one gives instructions to him or her, everything is all right ”. But Karen Savzyan’s proxy told about a young man who had entered the room twice.
The observers managed to register 5 cases like that at 3 : 00 PM.
By the way, as a result of preliminary observation, the greatest number of infringement was fixed in Kentron Commune at the Kentron elections . There were people standing at the polling station door while it is prohibited by Law. Besides, those who weren’t in a hurry for election, were taken to the polling district by car. Law makes no provision for a case like that, either.
As we were informed by Ararat Zurabyan’s pre-election headquarters, both 15/53 and 15/54 polling districts are considered to be Gagik Beglaryan’s ones and naturally work for his favour.
