THE NEW REGLAMENT OF ARMENIAN PARLIAMENT
Support A1+!Today the RA Parliament deputies confirmed the new reglament. It partly contains points that might be used to solve the quarrel occured yesterday. The new reglament forms a special order for the Constitutional draft discussion as well as punishments for the ''naughty'' deputies.
If the reglament functioned yesterday, the session leader would deprive any disobediant deputy of his "voice" for one session. The session leader has the right to choose a deputy to be called "disobediant".
