"VERDICT" FOR POWER DISTRIBUTION NETWORKS IS SIGNED
Support A1+!Today sale of Electricity Supply Networks of Armenia was ratified. Armenian Government and MIDLAND RESOURCES HOLDING LTD Company concluded the "Contract on Buying Shares of "AESN" CJSC". The above company was declared the winner in the privatization tender for "AESN" CJSC . The Ministers of Power Resources, Finance and Economy, State Property Management and Justice signed the contract on behalf of Armenian Government.
Armenian Government ratified the bargain hurriedly as if being afraid of the British company would refuse buying our PDNs . The Armenian side assures tariff or other kind of changes are not expected though such haste gives occasion to doubt.
