Support A1+!In 1990 the Supreme Soviet of Armenian Soviet Socialist Republic adopted the memorandum on Armenia's Independence. By that document Armenian Soviet Republic expressed will for dropping out of USSR and building independent and sovereign state.
On August 24-th, 1990, the 2-nd plank of the memorandum came true by the Supreme Soviet decision our country was re-named and called Republic of Armenia and tricolor flag became the state one .
