Support A1+!At Kocharyan-Aliev meeting at Sadarak Vilayat Guliev, Azerbaijan's Minister of Foreign Affairs said the present stage of Karabaghi conflict peaceful settlement is the most difficult one . "Presidential elections are to take place in both countries. It was said consessions are to be made to solve the problem. But it is difficult to compromise before the elections" ,- Guliev announced.
