Armenian, Russian Foreign Ministries hold consultations
The Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Armenia and the Russian Federation (RF) held on Thursday consultations on cooperation with the Council of Europe.
During the event held at the Armenian MFA, the parties reflected on the results of the recent session of the CoE Committee of Minister, the priorities of Armenia's newly-assumed chairmanship at the Committee, and the CoE reforms.
They also discussed the cooperation within the Committee of Ministers and the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.
On the same day, Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian received Ivan Soltanovsky, Director of the Department for European Cooperation at the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
