Discussions of Constitutional amendments projects will start tomorrow in Armenian parliament. Today the statement of Robert Kocharyan about the Constitutional referendum was discussed. It is to be reminded that th President insisted on the referendum to take place simultaneously with one of the forthcoming elections.

The parties, opposite to the President, announced today that Robert Kocharyan just aims to repeat the 1995, when the referendum and the parliamnetary elections were carried out simultaneously. As a result the Constitution was admitted with infringements, they insisted.
