“PYUNIK” REFUSED TO PLAY WITH “NEFTCHI”

According to reliable sources Yerevan's «Pyunik» refused to take part in the semi-final of «Cooperation cup» games, where it was supposed to have as a rival Baku’s “Neftchi”.

Leaders of «Pyunik» decided not to take part in the above-mentioned meeting and arrived in Yerevan today morning. The champion of Armenia will arrive in Armenia tonight, and then the reason of this abrupt decision will be found out.

We should note that the meeting of “Pyunik” and “Neftchi” last year in Moscow passed in rather a strained atmosphere and included several incidents.
