After being defeated 0-3 by Macedonian football team in trials for the 2006 World Cup, the Armenian National plunged 6 points and is placed 119 in the UEFA ranking.

Our national team is increasingly deteriorating its ranking for the last few years because of unsuccessful performances.

Finnish National, Armenia’s next rival in the 2006 World Cup, lost 13 points after its unsuccessful game with Romanians and is pushed to 53rd place. The Finland’s team is ahead of Armenian by 66 points.
