ARMENIAN FOOTBALL PLAYERS CLAIM VICTORY OVER THEIR TURKMEN RIVALS
Support A1+!Armenian national team won Wednesday’s friendly match with Turkmen national 1-0. Turkmen team’s defeat was surprising because it 28 points higher than Armenian one in the FIFA ranking.
From the very beginning of the match Armenian team’s supremacy was obvious. Armenian goalkeeper Roman Berezovski never once touched a ball throughout the first 15 minutes.
Despite their intense attacks, Armenian football players failed to score any goal in the first half of the game. The only goal was scored at the 69th minute of the match.
