10 400 refugees live in Gegharqouniq region today most of which have a problem of domicile. To regulate the situation RA government plans to realize a program on providing people resettled from Azerbaijan and strongly in need apartments with permanent residence.

39 families having status of refugees who at present live in vans, turned to the town-planning department of Gegharqouniq prefecture and were give certificates for buying apartments. 19 families obtained apartments, four families will do so during this month.
