HEAVY EXPLOSION IN SEVAN CITY
Support A1+!On January 13, at 6: 00 AM heavy explosion occurred in Tsamakaberd commune of Sevan City .According to the preliminary version, explosion was result of natural gas escape. The two-storeyed house of the Hovhannissyans went to ruin because of explosion.
Emergency State Department informs Hambardzum Hovhannissyan (1961 born), his wife Hune Hovhannissyan (1962 born) and 3 sons of them were left under the ruin .
The employees of Emergency State Department managed to take 14-year-old Arsen and 15-year-old Armen alive out of the ruin and send them to hospital.
Rescue works have continued for 5 hours. Despite the hard work, Hambardzum and Nune Hovhannissyans and their 6-year-old son Arthur died .
A criminal case was brought over the accident. The investigation will give a final conclusion to the causes of explosion.
