LAW ENFORCEMENT AREA COMPLETELY CORRUPTED
Support A1+!Members of Military-Patriotic Union “Brave Warriors” demand retirement of Armenia’s Police Chief Hayk Harutyunyan, adoption of Liberation Warriors Law and MPs Withdrawal Law, the union leader Grisha Sargssyan said at a news conference held Friday.
In his opinion, Hayk Harutyunyan has tarnished a great deal the police reputation for his 5 years in office.
Only corrupted persons are working in law enforcement area while high-qualified specialists have been ousted from the system and now live in reduced circumstances.
The union member Arthur Gevorgyan said Armenian authorities have distorted the 1990 events. In his words, Azeri special unit along with Russian troops rushed into Armenia’s territory. The unit’s activist voiced his discontent at Armenian Foreign Ministry’s conduct saying it does nothing to prevent Azeri side from calling Armenia aggressor in international organizations.
The union members announced this is the last conference: they are ready to take further steps to restore their violated rights.
