So, those making use of electric transport have been without means of conveyance for a few days. Yevgeni Gladunchik asserted all the subscribers who don’t pay, will be bereaved of electrical power without exception.
Meanwhile, Transport Department of Municipality carried on talks, the groundless ones, under all data. And namely that time forecast was made over electricity supply would be restored soon - Kocharyan wouldn’t allow to deprive the majority of electorate of electrical power in the decisive pre-election period.
One can say, forecast came true - on November 30 electricity supply was resumed. But not known by what means…
Let’s remind electrical transport’ debt for October makes 25 million drams . Municipality is unable to pay such sums.

Proceeding from tough stance by “ArmElectroNetwork” enterprise and resources of our budget and Municipality, suspicion appears by what means electricity supply to transport was resumed .
