Vahan Kostanyan, Head of the First Deputy Prime Minister Ararat Mirzoyan's office, has submitted a resignation request. Vahan Kostanyan has just announced about this on his Facebook page. To remind, Vahan Kostanyan was appointed to this post on May 21. Prior to that, he was the deputy assistant to Ararat Mirzoyan, before being appointed Deputy Prime Minister of Ararat Mirzoyan.
