Gaenik Maegaryan and Apar released (video)
Shortly before, Eduard Nersisyan (famous among freedomfighters as Apar), who was arrested on Marash's case in 2015, and Garnik Margaryan, President of the Homeland and Honor party, were released from the courtroom. Judge Armen Bektashyan satisfied the motion of the defense. After being released, Garnik Margaryan announced that he was being persecuted because he had sent a letter to Serzh Sargsyan about a corruption-related incident, after which he had been detained. Garnik Margaryan mentioned that he knew only Artur Vardanyan in the case of the armed group, so an organized group could not exist. By the way, the court rejected the motion of changing the preventive measure of former Deputy Defense Minister Vahan Shirkhanyan.
