We will pursue a comprehensive investigation. As to the arrest of MPs, they were arrested for organizing illegal demonstrations. Mediation was presented only for Nikol Pashinyan for the deprivation of immunity, but then the prime minister Karen Karapetyan turned to me and ordered to stop the process." Nikol Pashinyan responded by saying, "The bread-bringer was released when his health condition was severe, and yes, he died in hospital. You released him at the last moment, it does not mean that no one will be responsible for your system. With respect to the Zibiliks, Mr. prosecutor, I recommend you to read our complaint. I blamed your office because the fraudsters were not brought to justice. And the arrests of the MPs have been for political reasons, and for that reason you released them, there is no legal procedure here. Say, who has instructed you to start such a process?" The RA Prosecutor General said that the whole law enforcement system should be responsible for the death of any detainee. "As for election fraud, it will be brought to justice. There were no political considerations on the arrest of MPs, and in connection with the cancellation of the motion, yes, there is a political element here.
