Davit Tonoyan as Defense Minister (video)
After the government session, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said reporters that he will soon sign a proposal to appoint Davit Tonoyan to the post of Defense Minister. Pashinyan did not elaborate on other appointments but said that Diaspora Minister Hranush Hakobyan would not continue to remain in her post for sure. In Pashinyan's words, there will be new appointments in the near future, and structural changes in the government are not envisaged at this stage.
