Vice Speaker of the National Assembly Eduard Sharmazanov told journalists after the session of the RPA Supreme Body that RPA will provide the necessary number of votes for Nikol Pashinyan to become the Prime Minister. "We will support the candidate nominated by a one-third of MPs, in this case Nikol Pashinyan. He has received 45 signatures in his favor, and the RPA will provide the necessary number of votes to him to become the Prime Minister." According to Sharmazanov, they have urged several RPA MPs to vote for him. "This is our collective decision. It can be eight, maybe 10 or 11 votes," he said. Sharmazanov, however, did not mention those MPs who will vote for Pashinyan.
