Activist Tigran Mazmanyan was charged. His lawyer Ara Gharagyozyan told A1 +. Tigran Mazmanyan was charged under Part 2 of Article 225 of the RA Criminal Code, ie mass disorders. According to the lawyer, the decision was made on the basis of one policeman's testimonies.
