Vahagn Gevorgyan, who was at Qanaqer-Zeytun Police Department, and was suspected of committing an offense, while having a private conversation with a representative of the Human Rights Defender's office, took advantage of the absence of a police officer in the room, which was a law requirement, threw away the picture of Prime Minister of Armenia. The incident has been a source of unnecessary speculation by some individuals.
