Vehicles transported to special area without any grounds
During the period from April 16 to 18, complaints were filed to the Human Rights Defender that vehicles were transported to special area by police officers without having grounds for it. Araik Harutyunyan also conveyed such information to the Ombudsman. Explanations on the reasons for the transport of citizens' vehicles to a special area and their storage there were demanded from the police. The Ombudsman Staff has started a discussion procedure.
