Zaruhi Postanjyan is currently in Vanadzor, calling for strike. She goes to the educational institutions the doors of which are locked. She tries to talk with the headmasters who prohibit the participation of pupils or students in the strike, reasoning that they do not have parents' permission, they are responsible for the pupils from 9.00-14.30, and so on. "Locking doors does not have to do with these cases. We lock the doors to ensure the safety of children. Anyone can enter the school," one of the headmasters explained in a conversation with Postanjyan. Postanjyan informed the public via a loudspeaker that they follow the behavior of schools, colleges, deputy directors and, if necessary, submit a relevant report to the law enforcement agencies, the Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights, and so on. She informed pupils and students that if they were threatened not to leave schools for the purpose of taking part in the strike, they should record and inform them via Facebook because such threats had no legal gorunds.
