The activist turns from suspect into witness
Activist Tigran Parsilyan, who went out of the house with a car at 7 am, was stopped by the police who decided to detain him. A long talk between him and the police took place, and he demanded to present the grounds for his detention. Around 40 minutes later, the police officer arrived at the police station and said that he was detained on suspicion of hitting a man by his car. After fleeing for three hours, Parsilyan was freed, but his car was kept. He was a witness in the police. Until midday his car was still in the police station. Tigran Parsilyan told "A1 +".
