Police clarify
From this morning, National Assembly deputy Nikol Pashinyan organized an action to close a number of vital streets of Yerevan, paralyzing traffic and restricting the constitutional right to free movement of hundreds of citizens. The Police of the Republic of Armenia warn that such actions can cause crimes against life, health and property of citizens. The Police of the Republic of Armenia once again clarify that the right to peaceful, but non-violent group strikes, is not absolute and can be subject to restrictions, proportionate police actions resulting from the situation, up to the end of the strike.
