Edmon Marukyan: I do not think we will have a reliable vote before the next elections

At today's  sitting of the National Assembly, a report on the activity of the Central Electoral Commission was presented by Tigran Mukuchyan, Chairman of the Central Electoral Commission. Edmon Marukyan, MP of the Yelk (Way Out) faction, noticed that the program did not include all the problems that had been encountered during the elections in connection with the case of "Zibiliks". He claimed that imitations were made one after another, and no one was liable. "When people stand in line to receive electoral bribe, which is a criminal offense, the law enforcement bodies operating in Armenia have never opposed it. Moreover, the alerts have not been investigated, and no one has been prosecuted."   Edmon Marukyan believed that even with another option, it was impossible to go to the election if the bribe problem was not solved. "For example, I can imagine how to distribute money in the case of proportional electoral system. In the case of any electoral system, it is possible to distribute money, no matter how the system, the process of dividing the money, the people, everyone change. I do not think we will have a reliable vote before the next elections. "
