Serzh Sargsyan releases his Chief Advisor and Press Secretary
By Serzh Sargsyan's April 9 decree, Aram Gharibyan was released of the post of RA President's Chief Advisor. By Serzh Sargsyan's April 9 decree, his Press Secretary was also released. The corresponding decree of the RA President states the following: Based on the clause 1 of the decree of the President of the Republic of Armenia N 173-N of 17 November 2007, subparagraph 3, paragraph 16, of the Staff of the President of the Republic of Armenia, Release Vladimir HAKOBYAN of the post of the Press Secretary of the President of the Republic of Armenia.
