The Yelk bloc is splitting, the Republican MP is convinced. "Both the Government and the society do not need this division at all in the sense that we need a healthy, normal opposition that can raise questions, work in the right direction and create an atmosphere making the Government more vigilant," assured the  RPA faction MP Karine Atchemyan. "Frankly speaking, I do not feel like that, but there are some interviews and different predictions from you... I think they will answer that question whether there is such a danger or not," added another member of the RPA faction, Rustam Makhmudyan. The Civil Contract Party,  which is a part of the bloc, participates in the 14 days' march from Gyumri to Yerevan led by Nikol Pashinyan, against Serzh Sargsyan running the office for the third time. Other parտies of the bloc do not take part in the march. In particular, head of the Bright Armenia Party Edmon Marukyan announced that the only thing which could keep Serzh Sargsyan from becoming the Prime Minister was his will of not becoming the Prime Minister. With all the other configurations, the game is initially defeated. "In this case their motto "If there is the Yelk, then there is a way" now seems as if they have no way out, and this will not lead to anything good. It is not logical to choose a street struggle form of campaign in the new parliamentary system, and on the other hand, gaining so many votes and then split and speak about positions. If they wish to have positions then they should join the power. In many cases Edmon Marukyan's constructive line is accepted since, yes, nowadays one should get used to the new situations." Karine Achemyan does not approve the Yelk's statements saying that they split, there is democracy, equality in other parties, unlike the RPA where only one person makes decision. "Unfortunately, I have to remind of the examples of all those parties we have witnessed, and they are not good in the sense of having undergone transformations, dissolved and it did not lead to something good. For the RPA, you see that they are free to express their opinion, and sometimes they differ. I think that a party discipline, as well as a leader's role are very important. We are a big party and that's very important." During the march, Nikol Pashinyan hopes to see hundreds of thousands of citizens in Liberty Square who will convey their will to a concrete political outcome, which will be a successful end to block the NA building. "It is the constitutional right of every person, including the MPs, to conduct peaceful, unarmed marches, demonstrations and gatherings in the manner prescribed by law. However, as Spinoza says, the freedom of each person ends wherever the right of another person begins. Consequently, each one should not have the right to violate my right to freedom of action. And I think we, as parliamentarians, should not fight for entering the NA or not. There are corresponding bodies in the NA who are obliged to maintain our normal work," Rustam Makhmudyan said. The Bright Armenia Party refused to express any opinion and promised to answer all the questions after April 17.
