According to the Ombudsman's report, the Gyumri mental health center is overloaded. In 2017, Human Rights Defender (HRD) focused on protecting the rights of people with mental health problems in psychiatric organizations. Monitoring visits and studies out by HRD staff experts based on an internationally accepted guideline and a special methodology were carried. The Human Rights Defender's report contains many issues. Today's film crew visited the Gyumri mental health center and got acquainted with the conditions of the facility.
