Argument between judges (video)
Today, Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction continued the trial on the case of judge Ishkhan Barseghyan and lawyer Elza Zakaryan accused of taking bribes. Judge Ishkhan Barseghyan submitted a motion for self-withdrawal to presiding Judge Vache Margaryan, noting that the judge regularly refused their motions. Judge Vache Margaryan did not discuss the motion, noting that similar motions had already been presented. This aroused the indictment of the defendant. There was a small argument between him and the judge. The latter threatened that he would use a sanction against Ishkhan Barseghyan. The defendant said he felt sick and asked for a five-minute break. At this moment, a break is announced, and an ambulance is called to the court.
